Ogg Vorbis encoder for Athlon XP systems

Since there's a special encoder for Pentium 4 systems, I think it would be nice to have an optimized encoder that uses the 3DNow/Enhanced 3DNow support of the Athlon/AthlonXP processors.

I second that motion, there are alot of people that use AthlonXP based systems. And Athlons have their own floating point support plus they share alot of the same floating point optimizations with the P4, I believe the only on that p4 has that athlons don't is the SSE2 but athlons have SSE, MMX, 3Dnow and 3Dnow Enhanced. I know alot of people who would like a Athlon optimized encoder also.
