I wish DB could e-mail all the people who have registered with the fourm about updates like the official release of the cd writer, rio 500 folder support ect.

Those that have signed up to the forum might not want emails. I am considering an annoucement list server again.

the quick solution is to just click on "subscribe to this forum".

so if you want to get an email when news is posted in the "Recent News & Releases " forum just click on that forum and scroll down to see "Subscribe to this Forum" just below the "new thread" button.

that should do it.

vb3 will have much better email functions. as it stands now you can make a usergroup for people who want a news letter and then simply send a news letter out to the usergroup specified.
