Better mp3pro codec... using nero's mp3pro perhaps?

I am very interested in using mp3pro much more than i do now... but i don't accept 64kbps mp3pro files as being good enough.
how about using another mp3pro codec that supports the full range of mp3pro bitrates up to 96kbps stereo (or the vbr feature of the nero codec (its a retail plug-in) which sometimes yields ~112kbps mp3pro files) :|

it would greatly expand the use of the mp3pro codec implementation in dbpoweramp music converter

it is the only bad thing that is preventing me from using the current codec right now :(

Ogg Vorbis is technically better at around 112Kbps.

i know ogg is technically better.... but im not concerned with ogg... the wish was for a better mp3pro codec. not ogg.

Any improved mp3PRO encoder would have to be shareware, due to the licensing restrictions on it.

for example the FhG mp3enc CLI codec is shareware... - so why not make a CLI codec for NERO mp3PRO encoding for higher bitrates

But Spoon of course can't do anything about it - so the NERO CLI codec would be good enough!

I am not sure, but I think the nero encoder is a special DLL for their program, if it is an exe I can go a CLI encoder.

the mp3PRO plug-in for Nero is actually a file called "NeMP3Enc.dll". So can ya do anything with it to fit in dMC? I could send you this file but it's shareware... should i brake the law?
