This would be a good Feature, to calculate SFV or MD5 checksum with your rip. So you don't need to do manually afterwards.

There is already one checksum showing after you rip. Is this not what you mean?

Plus many lossless formats store md5 internally, such as flac, wavpack and monkeys (off the top of my head).
