Did R12 ever get EQ and Normalize plugins?

I'm still using r11.5 because the last time I tried r12 it didn't support my routine of

24-bit
volume quieten
graphic EQ
normalize
16-bit dither

Is "plug-in" the correct term for those features? And were they ever adapted for use with r12?

dMC r12 has volume quieten, graphic EQ, and normalize as DSP effects in the beta section of this forum.
