dMC Audio CD Input - Hotkeys and Comments Field required; plus track play pause

1) ---------
Hotkeys Suggestions to cut down on mouse use (This would also be nice in the audioplayer playlist editor):
- Ctrl-A = Select all tracks (standard Windows selection key).
- Space bar should toggle Check Box of selected tracks On/Off
- Track Play/Stop/NextTrack/PrevTrack/Pause buttons should be assigned hotkeys. WinAmp uses: Z=PrevTrack, X=Start at beginning of track, C=Pause, V=Stop and B=NextTrack.
- Hotkey to select Options and Rip menus with sub-keys for sub-features.

2) ---------
Comments Column to allow track comments to be individualized, expecially useful for compilation CD's containing various artists. I can't believe this hasn't been implemented yet.

3) ---------
The "Spinup for (sec)" setting should NOT apply to playing tracks from within Audio CD Input. Presently, if this setting = 10 seconds, a 10 second pause is placed at the beginning of the first track played as well as between each subsequent track that has a checkmark in its box.
