CD Image Support

1st. thanks to Spoon for the great tools. :komisch9:

I would like to see in the cd ripper module support for complete audio cd images in 2 ways,the standard wav/flac/wavpack & cuesheet and for a more daring and unique approach a single lossless (wavpack) file wrapped in a Matroska container,containing all the information from the original audio cd...freedb info,gaps,rip logs etc...

Also to complement the above feature,a two click audio cd image to cdr through the Audio CD Writer Module.
