Update Bitrate field for VBRs

I know this has been mentioned before, but updating the Bitrate field would be nice so it reflects accurate data. I don't see it any different than reporting accurate time or id3 tag info. If the field is there, it should be accurate.

This is really nice for VBRs, because sometimes it's nice to look at the bitrate - no different than the spectrum analyzer and scope displays in that respect, except it's arguably more useful.
