Again, ReplayGain support will be added in dMC r12. It is currently in early alpha (link in my signature) but only supports .wav and .mp3 and no advanced features such as ReplayGain right now.

Edit: And after dMc r12 gets it, I would think that dAP would be updated to be able to read the ReplayGain tags too.
