.ffp files for FLAC codec...

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I feel that having the option to create .ffp files to check the integrity of FLAC audio data would be something great to incorporate as an option for the FLAC codec.

Sorry I have not heard of .ffp, can you elaborate?

I think FLAC can hold internally an MD5 hash of the audio data, pretty much would do the same thing.
