Have anyone else looked at the Slim Devices Squeezebox?
It looks like a reasonable approach (if the DAC is good enough), but it doesn't have nearly the flexibility that the dbPowerAmp products do.
Would it be possible to use dbPowerAmp Audio player as the controlling software to drive their product, and obtain remote control signals from it?
That would allow the remote to still signal skipping to the next song, previous song, pause, etc.
