ive been using the sse2 b3 version with the generic cli plugin for quite some time now, love it (i dont use the plugin it comes in because it lacks the most important option when it comes to ogg vorbis, the lowpass filter, i hope in future versions we will have the option to modify the lowpass filter built into the plugin)

i just tested the b4 version, not any faster, and had a slightly higher bitrate than the b3 version provided (not enough to really matter though, oggenc v1.0.1 was even smaller), sounded the same.
