Misplaced instructions for Aux-Input

Hi guys,
Have been away and I seem to remember that I had Spoons Instructions to set up Aux Input.
Since then I have misplaced it.
Had my PC upgraded, and I am unable to set the Volume in Aux-Input so the files I record through Mic In are much too loud.
My Soundblaster was replaced with C-Media [Yuk]
Where do I find the instructions to set up and test the recording volume in Aux LineIn? Please.

Install the latest version - then Aux Input >> Options and click the button 'Set Input Source'
