failed to load

"CODEC required to decompress dBpowerAMP could not be opened"--I have no idea how to correct this. I am trying to convert ra files and have installed, as near as I can tell, all the proper codecs. Suggestions? Thanks.

You need Real Player or Real One or Real Alternative in additon to the real media codecs from Codec Central.

If the file is protected, you will not be able to convert it.
