Auxiliary Input R3 RC1

This update to Auxiliary input makes it finally fully compatible with dMC r8 (I might be slow but I get there in the end... ). It also borrows the 'Rip' ahem 'Record' button and menu from Audio CD Input and 'Output To' appears on it's option page.

No problems encountered in Windows XP pro (using StereoMixer as an input source - evil Samsung didn't put a Line In jack on my laptop :vmad: ).
