I am not familiar with the Sony devices. When I asked How do you sync to a Sony NW-ZX300?, I did not mean what settings do you use in any Illustrate software. I meant, how do you get songs on the device, as I have no idea and you didn't explain i.e. Do you connect to your PC via USB or connect to the network? How does your PC see the device, as a drive? etc. etc.

If I recall, didn't the owner of the NW-A35 mentioned in another thread, finally return the device because of issues with it?

Remember, TuneFUSION is beta software. I'm not sure (and I am slightly confused as your first post refers to ripping) but I guess you are reporting a bug(s) in TuneFUSION?

      Re: TuneFUSION Discussions

Sorry. Connection is via USB to a proprietary WM-Port connector. It sees the device as two removable drives, one for the onboard memory and the other a microsd card. OS and connector is the same for NW-A30 series, the replacement NW-A40 and the signature series NW-WM1A and NW-WM1Z. I think the other one was returned because of a volume issue, something I haven't experienced

So I think I've got the bug in TuneFusion worked out:

Setting Max Art Size in Advanced Sync Options prevents changes to ID Tags

      To Reproduce:
Force it to reencode all audio by removing all ticks from the 1:1 copy.
Add the ID Tag Processing DSP and select what you want it to do.
Set Max Art Size in Advanced Sync Options.
      Run Sync.

      Expected Outcome:
File with modified tags and art size limit.

      Actual Outcome:
File with original tags and art size limit.

Removing the art size limit causes correct tags to be written to the output.
Setting max art size in ID Tag Processing DSP instead produces correct output for both tags and art size.

        Re: TuneFUSION Discussions

        Release 1 Beta 4.

Whenever I create a new album, the new album is not synced to a network location (Last Sync Incomplete error).

The network location has different credentials to the TuneFUSION user. If I manually create the album folder on the network location, syncing works ok.

Also, I can sync to the same network location fine, when albums are being updated, so it only seems to be a problem writing new folders/files.

Hello, thanks for such great software. I am trying to sync with foobarmobile IOS.It works OK, but I can't get the program to manipulate ID3tags (using DSP, namely changing the Album artist tag from my original FLAC files to Artist during conversion).
                    Can you help me?

Which exact values are you specifying? In dBpoweramp 'Album Artist' is the designation.

                        Thanks for your answer.

I use the values suggested by the menus ie Artist and Album Artist.
If I use the same DSP in DBPoweramp 15, the mapping is done as it should. But inside TuneFusion I cannot manage to make it work.

One more thing: in the Audio Formats & Naming page, the advanced button freezes the app, I cannot access the parameters.

                          Re: TuneFUSION Discussions

Hi, I've just installed TF on win 7 64 with 12 GB RAM.

Before finishing the first setting of the sources, it crashed, and from then on
as I launch it it crashes again.

                          How can I troubleshoot this?

Edit: it seems as the problem is with Wawpack.dll, as you can see below.

Check that your anti-virus/security software isn't blocking the software.

Also, check this: Allow a blocked app in Windows Defender Security Center
