I've connected two drives (both Plextor PX-891SAF). One by SATA and one by USB3. Both drives working fine with CD-Ripper in Windows admin mode, but with Batch ripper R3 both drives where detected, confiured and the test results are ok, but the USB drive wouldn't detect any disk. Windows 10 with anniversary update.
Kowns someone a solution - or is it a bug of beta Version?
today evening I've make some tests with the external USB-DVD-ROM:
open CD ripper (16.1) -> CD detection and rip are fine
Now I try to rip with batch ripper
- no detection -> waiting for...loading...waiting for...
- Switching between R3 and R2 -> no detection.
- Setting up connections mode to "Windows internal" -> no detection
- disable Windows UAC by registry -> no detection
- reconnection from USB3 to USB2 port
- changing USB cable
if I try to open CD ripper after closing Batch ripper and CD wasn't detected, CD ripper hungs
next tests:
- open CD ripper and Batch ripper parallel -> no detection
- connecting the USB-DVD to another conmputer -> no detection with batch ripping
Everything works fine at batch ripping with the same drive connected internal over SATA.
Playing CD Audio with foobar2000 with the external USB-DVD works fine.
