    This is working flawless here.

Just one question: when I try to convert a hybrid with "target bitrate" less than 100kbps the final file has more than 200kbps. For example, I tried to convert "Nevermind" and I selected 20kbps. But the final lossy file from conversion has ~220kbps aprox.

    This is normal?

It can be, wavpack is not a low bitrate designed encoder, you would be better with aac (m4a).
