bit rate problem with beta 4

all of my ogg files bit rates are not the most accurate. I used dMC r9 to create them. When I play them the music skips with the bit rate changes. I do not have most of the cds anymore. Is this fixable? :cry:

What computer speed? When the bitrate changes it just means the file is VBR, try converting one that skips to Wave, does that play ok?

The problem fixed itself when i configured the amp from direct x to using my sound card
