Main changes:

• New appearance of Edit ID Tags window.
• Fixed erratic behavior of column resizing in ID Tags tool.
• Various cosmetic fixes.

Build 2024-07-19 changes

• Reliably refresh ID Tags files views when editing tags.
• Restored remembering of Edit ID Tags window size.
• Made scrollbars always visible in ID Tags file listing table to mitigate column sizing issues.
• Worked around album header clipping problem in ID Tags album view.

Build 2024-07-23 changes

• Edit ID Tags dialog regressions fixed.
• ID Tags text alignment glitches fixed.
• ID Tags fixed "Rating" column being unintentionally resizable.
• Additional context-sensitive main menu items: "Refresh", "Edit Tags".
