If it's going to work, you should be seeing something happening within about a minute.

Do you see any entries in the logfiles?

    Best regards,
    Daren.

Nothing was written to the log. The log didn't even get created until I logged into the machine and started Music Replicator.

Okay, I logged into the machine, killed the service in AlwaysUp, then deleted the log folder. I then, rebooted the machine, waited a few mintutes and then logged in. I went back to the log directory and nothing was there so I opened AlwaysUp, stopped the service then started it again and it created log file.

The service will work as long as it is started after I'm logged into the machine.

Ok, it's probably because the application sits in the system tray. It would need Explorer (the desktop) to be started.

          Best regards,
          Daren.
