PerfectTUNES would ideally ignore OSX files

I tried out PerfectTUNES last night, installing it on Windows 7 (64-bit) and pointing it at my itunes database on my NAS. It ran happily over the 6500 tracks and then complained about all of the OSX "._" files that I think contain meta data. This seems to be something that the tool could spot and avoid since otherwise the reports are swamped with thousands of errors.

I would post a snapshot of the errors but can't quite see how to attach an image to a post. The exact error is of the form:

    Corrupted File
    Z:\Music\iTunes Media\Music\.......\._02 Far East.m4a
