So the page appears offering to find the offset, you clicked for it to find the offset and it crashed?

If you click cancel does everything work ok? can you get to the Options page?

Ok try this, browse to C:\Program Files\illustrate\dbpoweramp\

        and delete AccurateRip-Offset-log.txt

Load CD Input and click Configure, after crash post the contents of the above file.

I get the error message "cdgrab has caused an error in ACCURATERIP.DLL. Cdgrab will now close." I uninstalled and installed
dmc-r10-artest3 and it does ok until i check results and it has "user cancelled"

If you could both check that the option 'Slow Ripping' is NOT switched on, it could cause the crash.

If not I will work with Razgo to find the cause.

                  slow ripping is off.

i deleted "cd sample offset" in the registry which was showimg the +6 for my drive. thinking that would reset it. but still same error. i unistalled accuraterip database and reinstalled. no go.

when i get the GPF there is always an option to debug. so i clicked on that and it started microsoft visual c++ and showed the line "10008CE2 mov edi, dword ptr [edx]" . it had an arrow pointing to it.

                  also at the bottom :

i have no idea what any of this means.
