You can download perfecttunes here. But it appears the ID tag update is not functional yet. Spoon can confirm.

And the autotagger will not be in first release (we require time to get fingerprints to make this operational).

Sounds like a plan to me. I downloaded the beta and am looking forward to trying it out.
