Changes:

Updated to Ogg 1.3.0 and Vorbis 1.3.3
Redesigned tag mapping (Label, Composer and Comment left as is by default), TRACKTOTAL & DISCTOTAL written instead of TOTALTRACKS and TOTALDISCS (standard proposed)
Better writing of multi-items where custom tags are used
