    Restore individual files

If I select the 'Restore individual files or old file versions' option I get the following error message:

'No files are currently backed up by AudioSafe'

My AudioSAFE Client status is 100% completed, finished

Please advise. (sorry meant to post in AudioSAFE forum)

      New similar report: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthre...AudioSafe-quot

Are you perhaps running any anti-virus software or alike that interferes with AudioSAFE Client operation? It looks like some parts of our configuration are inaccessible.

I'm currently unable to reproduce this bug on my test configuration with large numbers of files (I first presumed the issue to be large-number-of-files related but it doesn't seem that way).

If I permananetly disable my antivirus software, I still get the 'No files are currently backed up by AudioSafe' error when selecting the 'Restore individual files or old file versions' option.

            mville,
Can you please check if your registry key at:
            HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\AudioSAFE
Does it contain a "FileListRevision" value? If yes, what is its current value?

From the looks of it, the real bug occurs while uploading content; local copy of the list of files that have been backed up is left in inconsistent state somehow.

I have the "FileListRevision" in the registry. Current value is 0.

                Re: Restore individual files

                More feedback on this issue.

If I make edits or additions to my library, I'll get files listed in the the 'Delete old versions of files from the server' option.

Now, I do not get the 'No files are currently backed up by AudioSafe' error when selecting the 'Restore individual files or old file versions' option.

If I select the 'Delete old versions of files from the server' option and delete all files, at some point the 'No files are currently backed up by AudioSafe' error returns, but only when I have no old versions of files on the server.
