I'm not convinced this is a problem of Asset control as I have searched the site and cannot find any mention.
I have downloaded the newest version today and am still experiencing problems.
Using a Naim ND5-XS with its own remote-control accessing flac files via the Asset UPnP on my PC from either the PC or a NAS the Naim says they are flac.
Using Asset control on my PC the same files from either my PC or a NAS the Naim says they are JPEG.
In the asset control setup; flac is not "excluded" and in Streaming "flac as is"
As Asset UPnP works fine with the Naim so I assume that its settings are ok.
There are only flac versions of my music files on the NAS and the files from the PC I've tried are also only saved as flac.
I cannot see what else is converting the files.
Asset control is looking to be a good piece of software if I (with help) can overcome this problem.
