Scanner - fix for hex encoded (freaky) album art in Vorbis comments clogging the internal database

The only change is more detailed logging of the scanning process (some people are getting files which are reported as being corrupted, a later scan says they are not).
The log file is present in %appdata%\PerfectTunes\!ProcessingErrors.txt

We have just completed ingesting a large quantity of album art, our coverage is now excellent (we have the majority of albums in existence), and most of our art is now 1000x1000 or greater.

We have frozen the code, and hope to have a full release soon.

Changes:

dedup - mp3 can seek now
dedup - allows a match to be hidden (small x in corner)

album art - if manually select art then sort from largest to smallest, the perfecttunes art goes in correct location now
album art - back cover, etc art is untouched in files
album art - if write only folder.jpg then a restart of the art program it lists the albums with art now (previously would say no art)

Now Fully Released
