Two probs.: WHS install & two Asset servers

    Hi
I have currently two problems (and being new to WHS, I count on your help :smile2: )

1.) I have an installation of Asset already up and running on a Win XP machine and can access it via Songbook. I just got a WHS driven Media-Server for testing, where Asset is installed and running (saw that in the WHS Console).
But: in Songbook and PlugPlayer, only my "XP-Asset" is displayed, no clue, where the WHS-one is. Would two Asset installations in a network be possible or are there any conflicts, that I need to avoid? In case there are measures to be taken: which ones?

2.) On the WHS connector, the Asset installation said to be Version 1.9.9 Next to it, there was a button saying "update to Release 1.1". After having the abovementioned problem, I tried to update. The download began automatically, then also the installation procedure, which quit with an error message "could not run dbconfig". Then, upon clicking on configure, only parts of the configuration was visible in the righthhandside center box - it had only three entries like "160px coverart", and the two multidisc-options. I tried a manual deinstallation and a manual reinstall - no luck, same error. Any advice you could give?

    Thanks!

    1. Add Asset to the firewall - specifically the port 26125
    2. 1.1 is the main release, 1.9.9 is the v2 beta release (which although is newer, will offer the update to 1.1 as that is the non-beta release).
