mpc Codec Update

Added code to return artist info for dAP and [Arrange Music]
Now able to read APE 1 tags.

I just noticed that is not integrated to DAP. From arrage music works fine but from DAP music collection doesnt. A bug maybe?. I went to arrange files in my collection program and still behave like before.

You would have to re-add all the MPC files to dAP, if they were added before they will be wrong.
