updated to R9 wih bug fix for missing samples when encoding direct from audio cd.

I can't get this to work with a .sowt file.

Since the shell extension does not recognise .sowt as an audio file, I had to manually type the file name when running dMC, but it fails to convert the file to AAC and any other format. It simply doesn't recognise the format used. I tried renaming the file to .aiff and .aifc without results.

Now released.

The sowt file would have to be in an aiff container.
