MP2/BWFMP2 & AIFF codec beta (with new src)

Hi all,

New versions of my AIFF and MP2/BWFMP2 codecs (with the
all new and improved sample rate conversion) are ready to be tested.

Hi all,

I'm almost ready to release the new Real Audio, AIFF, Dalet and
MP2/BWFMP2 codecs.

The following "bugs" have been sorted since the beta versions:

When making mono from stereo the volume is attenuated by
50% (Windows ACM, used for the stereo-mono conversion, just
adds the 2 channels together - doh!).

The Real Audio codec DLL's have been moved to the dbpoweramp
folders, and the settings bug has been fixed (many people have
had this problem - the codec couldn't be opened without changing
the codec settings, after which it would work fine).

Does anyone find it necessary to allow the old Windows ACM
sample rate conversion??

At this moment I only do "professional sample rate conversion"
in the new codecs. If no-one can give me a good reason to add
the option of using "quick and cruddy" ACM conversion then I
would rather not put it in.
