    You know what the issue really is? Unregistered guests being allowed to post or being allowed to post in many sections of the forum. This one was kind enough to indicate how he'd done it.

      yes that's true, however Spoon doesn't want to make people register to post. it has it's pro's and cons.

      i would prefer registered users for better board security and keep track of posts by username much better.

      the only way i see to have both would to be have "ONE" forum for "ALL" unregestered/guest users to post "ALL" their support questions and answers. and all other forums would be for registered users only.

      it is hard to find a happy medium but realistically i feel it is a support forum and it would be more professional to register for support.

      in the end this is Spoon's call.

        Agreed. It gets confusing trying to keep up with who posted what in some threads when so many unregistered's pop in their two cents worth. That's when I lose interest.
