Detect Cache Size and FUA

When using the detect drive cache and cache size, dBpoweramp should not use the FUA command if it is set. There may be reason to add a separate button under the FUA function to confirm that it is working.

By using the FUA on Cache detection it is a 2nd validation that cache invalidation is working, if FUA is enabld then cache value entered is ignored.
