    [Multi Encoder]

Update to multi encoder, this update allows each individual encoder to have its own DSP effects. Right now you could write album art to the same folder as encoding with the export feature of the ID Tag Processing DSP, or do ReplayGain with multi encoder.

        Re: [Multi Encoder]

would it be easier to code to have the multiencoder just sequentially code to the different codecs? I plan to use the multi-encoder in the near future but don't want to loose any options.

You do not loose any options now, everything functions correctly with Multi-Encoder.

            Re: [Multi Encoder]

Great! Thanks so much! I have waited for this functionality for ages!

One question though. I don't think my multi encoder is currently using 2 CPUs. Is that something that only works with 12.3? I'm using 12.1. If not, how do I activate it?

            Thanks

You have to have Reference to have multi-CPU functionality. Are you using dMC Reference? See below if you need to find your version.

                Including album gain?

I think album gain is written, but it is for all the audio streams (ie could be lossy and lossless combined).

This just brings up my idea for "Rip Sessions" again. All files from a rip session could be loaded into converter, dsps applied, files transcoded, ect.
