R13 for Batch Ripper, Registration needed?

I had a registered R12.1 installed and I want to play with the batch ripper Beta. So I installed R13 Beta (which uninstalled R12.1) and then installed the batch ripper beta. The R13 beta says that it's "Unregistered" but otherwise looks like it works. The batch ripper displays "dBpoweramp Reference: Trial Expired" and won't do anything.

Looking around the web site, I don't see any way to download a registered version of R13 or register it. Where did I go wrong?

Install R12.1 registered, install R13 over the top without uninstalling.
