    thanks spoon, seems to work great, converted 2 books as a test, speed is INCREDIBLE(sp?) i mean its killer, far better then it was back with 11.x versions :D

    i get between 65 and 115x on my amd 3500+@2.9gz with 4gb ram VERY nice!!!!!

      ok, after alot of testing it seems that this cuts the end of audiobooks off, im still trying to find a workaround that dosnt requier joining a timed audio streem to the front and end of teh book(it cuts start of book off to if you dont have voice detection enabled)

      glad your working on this tho, i love speex format for audio books

        If you convert to speex, then back from speex (with dbpoweramp) it is missing the end?
