    Yes my apologies. Fingers typed faster than brain read the quoted passage.

    And for my meager contribution. . .I have tested all my wma files that were getting truncated (last frame dropped) and now convert perfectly. Thanks to SPOON and any other contributors.

    Now I wait for a new reference release. . . .thanks.

        Does R12.2 contain the read commands for old drives like Plextor PX-40TS? They were missing from R12. I'm eager to start ripping my CD collection! :-)

                I've installed 12.2 Beta over my 12.1 Powerpack installation, but now it says my Powerpack expiration has expired and i can no longer convert files to MP3 as a result.

                Any ideas why?

                  Did you uninstall your current version? You are supposed to leave your current install when updating to a new version of dMC. Try uninstalling dMC, re-install your registered version, then install the r12.2 beta WITHOUT uninstalling your current version.

                      Nope, i didnt uninstall, i specifically remember saying no to the uninstall prompt.

                              thx for the new beta. hope to see a ref final soon cause i need the dual core feature for faster encoding my files the 12.1 has got a crash bug fixed in the 12.2:D
