Changes:

By default extensible headers are stripped (was causing problems with encoders),
New [nomulticpu] option which disables multi-cpu (to add to non-dynamic cli encoder add to encoder.txt on a new line)
[runafterencode] redirects pipes from created process, so does not mess with dBpoweramp.
