Not able to select secure mode

OK, I'm probably being very stupid, but I've just downloaded and installed the dbPowerAmp R12 beta to try the secure ripping mode, but I am unable to select anything but Burst mode in the options screen.

Tried all 3 drives on my PC, tried installing various different ASPI layers but all to no avail.

    Running XP Pro.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Gary

Pretty sure to have secure mode, that accurate rip must be configured... You will need at least 3 discs that are already in the accurate rip database.

When you insert a possible disc it should pop up and say accurate rip can be configured etc etc.

Re: Not able to select secure mode

I have inserted about 20 discs so far, and apart from the very first one which set up the drive offset, no other ones have came up with anything at all, they do all say that they are in the database tho'

I just checked mine, seems secure mode has timed out. I'm sure they are working on an updated beta version.

Did you guys ever find a solution for your problem, or did you end up defecting to EAC?

Secure Mode requires either a Power Pack or Reference license (or trial).
