How do I download my own cd's to an mp3 disc for a verizon phone (VX8100) ?

What do you mean exactly?

What is your own cd? an audio cd? If s,o you rip it to mp3 (of whatever specs you need) using dMC Audio CD Input.

if it's an mp3 cd already then either you copy then dorectly where you need them or convert them to other specs.

Then you copy those final mp3 files to wherever you need them.

Now what exactly is an mp3 disc for a verizon phone? Might it be a smart media card instead? In that case check the manual for the phone. Usually any smart media card reader connected or built into your pc can be used to access it. Or a usb or firewire cable connected from the phone the the pc, which may access the phone's smard media card as well.

The phone may require a special way to store the mp3 files on the smart media, or it may be straight-forward. The manual should tell you. You may have aprogram for that. Or you may be able to use WIndows Explorer and access the smart media card as any external drive, so you drag and drop files onto it at will.
