What make and model of phone do you have?
What type of audio formats does it accept?
For any format it accepts, what bit settings, frequency, bitates and number of channels can it accept (there may be a range for each of these characteristics).
These properties vary from phone to phone and sometimes from cellular provider to cellular provider.
The information to these questions should be in your cell phone user's manual. It should also be available from the company that made your cell phone, your cellular service provider, and maybe from the people who sold you your cell phone.
If your cell phone came with special software, you may be best advised to rely on that software. If you find mention to such a program but do not have a cd-rom or floppy for the program, you might be able to download the program from either the manufacturer's web site or the cell phone provider's web site.
