    Re: Mono to stereo

You downloaded songs and want to know how to convert them to mp3? Did you try reading the help files that came with dMC?
Are you wanting to make a mp3 "data" CD or an audio CD that you can listen to in any CD playe?

What format are the files you want to convert? Check out codec central and download the appropriate codec(s).

Did you buy them or were they free?

        Re: Convert downloads to mp3

mps <- not a format i know of

if you have mono files.. when you burn them as an audio cd, they will be converted to stereo (that is if the burning program is at all decent)

if you are trying to make an mp3 cd (mp3 cds dont really exist, there is no specification), then you have to figure out the limitations of the hardware you wish to use for playback, maybe it supports mono, maybe not
