    automated DBpoweramp

Okay, this might seam silly, but here goes.

I have all my music in flac format for listening to. I also have an ipod, and want to convert everything to mp3. but I get new stuff all the time so this is what I would like to do, and is it possible:

    1) some sort of batch file that will check my flac dirtectory for folders, and see if there is a corresponding folder in my MP3 directory. and if not to automatically convert all those flac files into mp3 files in the newly created directory.

    2) can this be done?

    thanx in advance

I know you can use scripting for dMC, but I'm not sure about having it watch for new files. Mabye rip music to a folder in particular, run the file, and then have it convert the files to mp3 into a new directory and copy the FLAC files over?

If you set it to auto-look out for new audio files then yes.
