    Re: Codec for .aud. ?

At this time, dBpowerAMP does not have a codec for for .aud.
However, there is a WinAmp plug-in that can read .aud and this can be accessed in dBpowerAMP using the WinAmp Input Plug-in Converter from Codec Central.
This will apparently not convert all .aud files.
You may want to check this thread for further details:

If this does not work, if you can play such a file, you can record it off of your soundcard using dBpowerAMP Music Converter's Auxilary Input function.
For more details on this, see Christina's FAQ about this here:
When you can play an audio file in a player on your pc but you cannot convert it to another format, there are 2 possible explanations and solutions for that: 1) You do not have the proper codecs for the file Using the file extension as a guide, go to Codec Central (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm) and download

    Best wishes,
    Bill
