What plugin??

[COLOR=Blue]I have converted mp3 to mp4 files and uploaded them to my phone to use as a voice mail notification file so that I can use when I recieve a new voive mail, I downloaded it to my phone and it said on the screen "plugin not found" download?, what plugin is it talking about?? Please help..[/COLOR]

You need to check your documentation for your particular phone to see what is required. If you no longer have the documentation, you can check the website for the phone's manufacturer.
