How do I stop MMC minimising

This has been going on so long I've got totally used to it but decided to find out if there is a way round it.

I have a small icon on the task(?) bar in the bottom left of my Windows (XP) Explorer. When I click on it to start up dbpowerAMP Music Collection it flashes up as a whole screen and immediately minimises itself to the bar at the bottom of the screen (sorry, but I can never remember the separate names for these bars).

How do I configure it so that it starts full sized? (I do usually start MMC without opening the player itself)

As long as dbpoweramp can write to the registry, it saves the last window position (and minimized state).

So I should close it from a full screen mode in order to re-open to that?

Right click the minimized button and use Restore for it.
