You mean you want to make the volume more uniform?

You have DSP effects in the Powerpack and one of them is Volume Normalize. Do another conversion of your file using this DSP effect. it woudl be better if you had the priginal wav file though. Make sure you don't overwrite your original file, either work with a copy or send the conversion to another folder.

Don't forget to remove the DSP effect after using it or you'll always be using it in all future conversions and then wonder what's going on.
