How do I convert RAR to MP3

I am having problems converting Rar to MP3 I have tryied right clicking the file and nothing. Is there a codec that a may need to get? Any advice will be helpful. Thanks.

Are there files compressed inside of the rar that you want to convert? Extract them somewhere and then convert those files.
