MP3's need genre

I have an older MP3 player were all the songs (1,245) are just titles. I would like to add genre and artist. How can I do this?

What kind of mp3 player are we talking about (car vs. portable vs. computer program)?
Does this player play tracks from a disc, a hard drive, or a memory stick/memory chip?

If it is a portable device to which you can download tracks from your computer, you might want to check out the Sveta Portable Audio program (link at the top of the page). It has its own section in the forum. Otherwise, please let us know a bit more about the specifics of your player.
